We are actively looking for a SW Quality Engineer (M/F) in Rabat to take on the following responsibilities :

• Analyze product features as defined by the SWX Product team, and if additional information is needed, interface with the Product Owner to gain a clearer feature description or context.

• Define one or more CXMs (Customer Experience Metrics) for any relevant feature behavior that could impact the customer experience or address customer complaints.

• Work in cooperation with the SQX-Extended CX team to define the acceptance criteria that must be met for all CXMs.

• Bring the CXMs to an approval state by working with the Product Owner, in accordance with the current development process.

• Engage with the SWX-Extended CX team to set up dedicated checks that explore and better identify the root causes of customer dissatisfaction.

• Produce assessment status reports at each milestone defined in the SW development process.

• Support the SWX Product Line Quality Manager in escalating actions to address negative assessments.

• Quality Assurance: Dedicated to upholding the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety
• Automotive Industry Experience: Expertise in automotive, with a focus on infotainment, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and connectivity systems
• E/E Automotive Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with electric/electronic automotive architecture
• Mobile Technology Proficiency: Foundational understanding of mobile communication standards (e.g., LTE), mobile operating systems (Android, iOS), and connected services
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, with a B2 level or higher
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university, with a specialization in embedded systems, and have 5 Years to 8 years of proven experience in quality assurance for embedded systems. A strong understanding of automotive functionalities is essential.
