Due to continued growth across our Northern Europe business, we are seeking a customer-focused Customer Success Consultant. The role offers a unique opportunity to touch the lives of learners across the region and experience first-hand the difference your hard work makes.

How can you make an impact?

Reporting into our Customer Success Manager Kevin, our new Customer Success Consultant will support our customers, both in pre and post sales, in the implementation of our digital solutions and platforms. Consistently providing exemplary service, you will support our educational customers in activation, usage, and efficacy.

What you will doing:

  • Working directly with our educational customers (Universities, institutions, etc.), you will ensure that our digital platforms are being implemented in line with expectations and requirements.
  • Acting as the customer point of contact for troubleshooting, escalation queries, and to resolve any platform or technical issues.
  • Partnering with our field sales team to maintain excellent customer service and account support.
  • Engaging with educators to deepen our digital platform usage, through data and analytics.
  • Supporting platform training.
  • Build courses, assignments and provide first-step guides aligned to learning objectives and curriculum design.

You should apply if:

  • You have a passion and a desire to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technology or software that impacts the lives of learners.
  • You understand the Higher Education system, either in the form of obtaining a degree or in a professional capacity.
  • You are analytically minded, enjoy working with data and a confident MS Excel user.
  • You have previous experience working with SQL and/or Tableau. This would be desirable.
  • You can work effectively in delivering projects across multi-stakeholder environments, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
