Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about the latest products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers.
Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and implement best practices.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and learn about new offerings.

Requirements

Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and remote communication tools.
