Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative industries.
Able to read Chinese is an advantage

Creative Collaboration and Support:
Interpreting Briefs: Understanding project briefs and translating them into clear visual concepts.
Assisting Designers: Providing creative direction and guidance to junior designers and illustrators, ensuring their work aligns with the project's vision and objectives.
Maintaining Brand Consistency: Guaranteeing that all digital visuals adhere to the brand's established style guide, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
Design and Production:
Creating Design Elements: Contributing to the design process by creating graphics, illustrations, or layouts as needed.
Software Proficiency: Having a strong working knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Project Management: Assisting with project timelines and workflows, keeping everything on track.
Skills:
Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with designers, developers, account servicing and clients.
Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of animation and software like Adobe Aftereffect is a must. Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) concepts is a plus.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of current design trends and digital tools.
