The Role: Product Manager

• Collaborate with international teams to build and enhance.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Craft clear product requirement documents, designs, and implementation plans. Gather feedback, iterate, and deliver products on schedule.
• Connect with the Injective community, ensuring their needs are met.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, driving development alongside the engineering team.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You have 3+ years of product management experience (or equivalent).
• You have a proven track record of shipping and iterating on complex software or financial products.
• You're a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data for informed decision-making and product improvement.
• You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with designers and engineers.
• You excel in interpersonal communication, organization, prioritization, and are proficient in English.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with blockchain, particularly within the Cosmos ecosystem, is highly regarded.
