The Role: Product Manager

Collaborate with international teams to build and enhance.
Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
Craft clear product requirement documents, designs, and implementation plans. Gather feedback, iterate, and deliver products on schedule.
Connect with the Injective community, ensuring their needs are met.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, driving development alongside the engineering team.
Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

You have 3+ years of product management experience (or equivalent).
You have a proven track record of shipping and iterating on complex software or financial products.
You're a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude.
You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data for informed decision-making and product improvement.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with designers and engineers.
You excel in interpersonal communication, organization, prioritization, and are proficient in English.
Project management experience is a plus.
Prior experience with blockchain, particularly within the Cosmos ecosystem, is highly regarded.
