In this fast-paced role, you will:

Thrive in a Startup Environment: Work on a rapidly growing product used by millions of people around the world.
Flexible Schedule: Choose your shift from two options: Monday-Friday (4am-12pm UTC) or Tuesday-Saturday (8pm-4am UTC).
Community Champion: Manage and engage with users across DEX Screener's Telegram and Discord channels, utilizing bots to streamline communication.
Problem-solving & Communication: Provide exceptional support to users of all experience levels, addressing inquiries patiently and professionally, even when dealing with frustrated users.
Technical Expertise: Be comfortable with customer support systems like Front.com.
Independent Spirit: Thrive in a small, agile team environment where you can work independently and take ownership.
