Process Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives SMART Goals and Action Planning
• Setting scope and limitations
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
• Listen to clients feedback on documents and collaterals then make adjustments as needed
• Measure process performance to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinating with client team members to make sure that all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with Process Development team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the service delivery period.
• Conducting post-delivery evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful elements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of business analysis, systems analysis, service delivery management and related experience
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent presentation and communication skills especially during reporting to stakeholders and executives
• Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
• Committed to work a full-time job
• Comfortable to work U.S. Operating hours (Graveyard Shift)
• Willingness to be an independent contractor.
• Possesses a computer with the following minimum technical specifications:

PROCESSOR: At least Intel i3, i5, or i7 5th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 / Apple M1

RAM: 8 GB or higher

OS: Windows 10 or MacOS Catalina or newer

INTERNET: at least 15Mbps wired connection

Headset with Noise Cancelling Features
