Job description

We are a BPO company that provides a variety of services to businesses, and we are looking for a skilled appointment setter with Upwork bidding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our BPO services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

As an appointment setter, you should have experience in Upwork bidding to assist in sourcing potential clients and building a pipeline of leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce our BPO services
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up with
  • Utilize Upwork bidding to find potential clients
  •  Build a strong pipeline of leads for the sales team
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting quotas
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with clients and prospects
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding prospect feedback and concerns

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an appointment setting, preferably in a BPO or remote setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed quotas
  • Familiarity with Upwork bidding and experience in sourcing potential clients
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to work from home and meet productivity goals
