Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and receive phone calls and engage in chat interactions with healthcare facility clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Provide solutions to client issues and ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role.
