Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Position with an international company located in the stunning locale of Greece with a full paid Relocation Package!

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, offering support and guidance while contributing to an engaging customer experience. This position allows you to immerse yourself in a dynamic team environment while enjoying the rich culture and lifestyle Greece provides. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the database for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
  • Engage in training and development initiatives to continuously improve service skills.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve service standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
