Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to Hungarian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Efficiently and effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to foster long-term satisfaction.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
Accurately document all customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to identify strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluent in Hungarian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
