Core Tasks
Email List Segmentation: Review and refine master and lifecycle lists for engagement filters; clean up existing segments and eliminate duplicates, while suggesting new segmentation strategies as needed.
Lifecycle Flow Management: Conduct audits on lifecycle email setups to ensure proper configuration and functionality; implement improvements and manage recurring campaigns such as welcome series and re-engagement.
Tagging System Maintenance: Evaluate and recommend changes to the tagging system to enhance clarity and targeting efficiency.
