Representative Manager Job Description
The Fluke Network Representative Manager (Representative Manager) primary goal is to meet and exceed the POS/Ship quota for the southeast region. The Representative Manager accomplishes this primary goal by providing effective sales leadership to the sales representative agency (Sales Representative Agency) ownership and field sellers. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of FNET Sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned region POS/Ship quota.
- Meet and exceed assigned New Product Innovation POS/Ship quota.
- Accurately provide 30, 60, and 90-day forecasts utilizing Fluke Business Systems Funnel Management Standard Work.
- Drive full Fortive Business System engagement. Drive Sales Representative funnel management Standard Work, operational reviews, and daily visual management best practices as demonstrated through: Funnel management Key Performance Indicators (funnel additions, funnel closed won, POS/Ship) monthly funnel reviews, Quarterly Business Report Outs, and weekly tracker meeting cadence.
- Proactively maintain Bowlers for assigned region.
- Consistently implement FNET management process discipline
- Maintain agency bench relationships in any lower quintile performance geographies.
- Model and teach Fluke “Land-n-Expand” techniques, tactics, and standard methodologies.
- Region SME on current FNET selling process methodologies & funnel sales stages.
- Maintain and facilitate assigned customer facing seller training certifications.
- Proactive collaboration with product marketing, business units, and end user SMEs to facilitate accurate VOC and VOS research initiatives.
- Support trade shows along with your local SR team.
- Support “OneFluke” strategy driving awareness of product adjacencies.
- Travel in-market with street sellers within each sub-region quarterly.
- Participate in weekly standup meetings. Participate in monthly report outs on Bowler critical metrics, forecast, and BOB activities to overdrive sales.
Experience
:
- Associate degree in a technical field required, a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field preferred.
- Experience with value-selling highly technical solutions into relevant industrial/commercial applications.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Effective listening and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop tactics to drive stated corporate and regional strategies.
- Efficiency – Must possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative; Efficiently prioritize and follow through on assignments and projects
Other Qualifications
- Frequent travel 60%+.
