Financial Analyst (Remote)

The Financial Analyst prepares the monthly financial reports and helps management identify and understand the potential financial impact of various business issues, opportunities, and decisions. This position also prepares, customer financial reporting, analysis, and billing for a large, complex client base. Lastly, this role performs budgeting and forecasting, calculates pricing for existing customers, and calculates sales commissions.
As a Financial Analyst, you will
Build a bottoms-up annual budget with input from internal clients
Support the finance management team during the annual budget reviews and monthly forecast process
Build monthly forecasts with input from internal clients
Prepare monthly/ongoing billing and reporting to external clients
Support the finance management team to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of billing to increase EBITDA and cash flow
Run reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process
About You
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field or relevant experience
Extensive experience in general accounting
Proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and spreadsheets required
Travel industry experience preferred
Proficiency in PeopleSoft, ADS/Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel
