Job description

Octal Philippines Inc. is on the lookout for a proactive and efficient Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clients by managing their schedules, handling communications, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly in a remote environment.

In this position, you will not only provide administrative assistance but also help streamline processes for our clients, fostering an environment where they can focus on their priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain clients' calendars by scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct thorough online research and compile relevant information as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings for flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
  • Ensure open and clear communication with clients to meet their needs efficiently.
  • Utilize various online tools and platforms for task management and organization.

Requirements

    • Making client's paper works, appointments & data entry.
    • Helping client to pay bills and run errands.
    • Keeping to-do list organized.  
    • Ensuring all errands are properly documented.
    • Listing items on eBay, Marketplace, Poshmark etc.
    • Must be willing to work on a graveyard schedule.
