Youtube Growth Lead

They work with top companies & protocols to capture the attention and mindshare that they deserve. They have extensive experience in DeFi and leverage their network, creative, and scientific backgrounds to develop innovative marketing strategies to build attention funnels, capture mindshare, and monetise it efficiently.

As the YouTube Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing YouTube growth strategies. You’ll work closely with content creators, marketing, and product teams to generate compelling videos that educate and excite audiences about the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

• YouTube Strategy Development: Create and execute a strategy to drive subscriber growth, increase video views, and boost engagement on the YouTube platform.
• Content Creation: Work with internal teams or external creators to produce high-quality, educational, and entertaining content around Web3 topics, including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and blockchain.
• SEO & Video Optimization: Utilize YouTube SEO techniques, keyword research, and video optimization to improve discoverability and ranking in YouTube search results and suggested videos.
• Community Engagement: Build a strong online community by responding to comments, creating polls, and interacting with viewers through live streams, Q&A sessions, and community posts.
• Analytics & Performance: Track, analyze, and report on YouTube metrics, including watch time, audience retention, CTR (click-through rate), and conversion rates. Use these insights to optimize content strategy.
• Collaboration & Cross-Promotion: Work with influencers, partner channels, and Web3 thought leaders to expand the brand’s reach on YouTube.

Requirements

• 3-5 years or above experience growing and managing a YouTube channel
• Experience working in the fintech industry, Web3 experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO practices, and growth strategies.
• Experience in video content creation and storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to engage and educate audiences.
• Passion for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs and Defi etc.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics tools and the ability to use data to make strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
