Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional technical support to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical inquiries.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
  • Provide feedback to improve support processes and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A collaborative approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
