Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on company policies.
Offer insights for process improvements and assist in developing innovative customer service strategies.

Requirements

Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
