Responsibilities

Engage with German-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a leading technology brand.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively.
Conduct outbound calls to inform partners about new products and services.
Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Stay informed about product features, specifications, and changes to assist customers accurately.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales communications in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to refine your sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the tech sector, is preferred.
Strong communication and people skills, with an effective customer-oriented approach.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic about sales and technology.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
