Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Fully Remote

Hours: Part-Time- 3 days a week (9-5pm UK time)

Key Responsibilities:

Support Management: Take notes during board meetings and one-on-one sessions.
Diary Management: Help manage the diaries for the management team.
Ad Hoc Duties: Assist the management team with various tasks as needed.
Presentation Creation: Develop customer presentations and PowerPoint slides for team meetings.
Minute Taking: Record meeting minutes and agendas as required.
Induction Plans: Assist in creating induction plans for new starters.
Sales Reports: Update monthly sales reports.
Task Coordination: Set up checklists, communicate tasks, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
CRM Management: Record interactions with suppliers and customers.
Compliance Documentation: Work on customer compliance documents when needed.
Commercial Invoices: Prepare commercial invoices for export customers.
