We help entrepreneurs free up their time by outsourcing their everyday, routine admin work like calendar management, email, customer service, and marketing tasks like social media, digital marketing, website management, etc.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through various channels, and In addition to lead generation, the role will include providing personal assistance to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations through efficient calendar and inbox management. This position requires excellent communication, research, and organizational skills to support business growth and executive functions.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Targeting: Conduct ICP-based research on industries and locations.
  • Customer Data Building: Build and maintain customer databases using tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Cold Outreach: Execute cold outreach via emails, social media, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Follow-ups & Scheduling: Follow up with leads and schedule calls with potential customers.
  • Task & Email Management: Track project tasks, meet deadlines and monitor emails to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination with the team.
  • Calendar Management: Organize meetings and appointments.
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
  • Document Preparation: Create and organize reports, presentations, and files.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage travel logistics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related fields is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or administrative support.
  • Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • Experience with basic lead-generation strategies and cold outreach through calling, email, and social media.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative role is a plus.
