Job description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and manage the operations of their store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store meets or exceeds its sales goals, delivers exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently. The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the store, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales analysis, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, payments, and store finances accurately.
