Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. IT Analyst with a focus on Workday Reporting and Analytics. This remote role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and management of complex reports, insightful analytics, and seamless integration of EID systems within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation, customization, and optimization of complex reports and dashboards within Workday to address business needs and drive strategic decisions.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret Workday data, generate meaningful insights, and support business operations and strategy.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Oversee the integration and maintenance of Employee ID systems within Workday, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of employee ID data within Workday, adhering to regulatory and organizational policies.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather reporting requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Workday reporting and analytics, with a strong background in developing and managing complex reports and dashboards.
Demonstrated experience with Employee ID systems and their integration within HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
Expertise in Workday's reporting tools, calculated fields, and data sources. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday People Analytics, and other relevant tools is a plus.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, generate insights, and present findings clearly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving reporting issues.
Minimum 4-year degree.
