PM Communications Role
Develop & document monthly editorial plan across owned and earned communication channels.
Assist with operational needs, such as AKA development and document management.
Execution of editorial plan across owned/earned channels (Viva Engage, Team SharePoint, Team Newsletter, guest submission to partner newsletters, etc.)
Coordinate quarterly Marketing Learning Team newsletter, utilize existing process (or develop their own process) for content submissions, manage delivery cadence.
Manage Marketing Learning alias and inbox for communications related activities.
Document overall communication strategy updates (archive old).
Conduct monthly measurement audits to ensure communications are reaching marketers across the company.
Skills Needed
Degree or background in Journalism, English, Marketing or Communications
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
Scrappy – ability to deliver on asks with speed and accuracy.
Technically savvy – power user of M365 apps (namely PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint)
Creative skills– can create and manipulate images (PowerPoint, Illustrator, etc)
