Responsibilities

Offer stellar customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to share feedback and improve service quality.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and brainstorm new solutions.

Requirements

Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in technology.
Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
