Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the car brand's products and services to assist customers effectively.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to boost your skills and knowledge.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to suggest improvements to processes.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and a keen attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is a plus.
