Responsibilities

Offer exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries effectively and ensure a smooth service experience.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tech company's products and services to provide accurate information.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
