Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance the customer service experience and implement best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings focused on personal and team development.
  • Suggest improvements to processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support software.
  • A friendly demeanor, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace a new cultural experience.
