Job Description

Sells Oracle’s Platform For Modern Retail, an analyst rated outstanding SaaS platform that helps retailers plan, buy, move, and sell their inventory to a number of named accounts in the East Territory.

Primary job duty is to sell Oracle’s Retail Omni-Channel, Planning, and Merchandising cloud and license services to prospective and existing customers. Lead sales through forecasting, account prioritization, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Will be responsible for developing, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with partners within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Standout colleague with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

US: Hiring Range: from $126,200 - $207,400 per year. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45 / 55 - 50 / 50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
