Increase the traffic and performance of the company's websites. Implements initiatives to increase site traffic through SEO techniques (title and meta-tagging, indexing, link building, keyword ranking, internal site architecture, and SEO-optimization of content). Analyzes site performance, reviews metrics, and suggests solutions to improve SEO-optimization. Identifies opportunities to increase search engine ranking by evaluating traffic trends. Analyzes search results for marketing campaigns.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mentor and review the work of lower-level professionals or lead a small team.
Develop a comprehensive strategy for the project/business line with the help of SEO TL.
Set and approve SEO/non-SEO tasks, work on the internal optimization of the project and analyze competitors and apply new practices to projects.
Monitor search engine algorithms and prepare projects for them in advance.
Identify factors that can affect SEO indicators, such as linking, link juice distribution, semantics, etc.
Test tasks, decompose tasks, research keywords and their synonyms for LSO and suggest ideas to increase organic traffic and sales.
Cooperate with other departments, such as content, translation, development, etc.
Develop an on-page SEO strategy and work with separate project/clone.
Coordinate a group: set technical tasks to programmers, content managers, designers, and translators and monitor the implementation of these tasks.
Analyze the future results of performing SEO tasks, make changes to the strategy based on this analysis.
Automate work by developing their own scripts or implementing third-party ones.
Design SEO structure and optimize new sections/projects.
Prepare monthly SEO reporting on their projects/skins.
Conduct advanced analysis of work results, based on it - define an optimization strategy, setting the SEO reports in Power Bi for traffic, sales and other KPIs.
Work with data sources, such as catalogs, technical documents, etc. and adapt data for promotion.
