Senior ServiceNow Developer at Horizontal Talent

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility in working hours within the CST timezone. The successful candidate will be an innovative, self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party partners
• Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
• Review current product to highlight gaps and areas for improvement
• Participate actively in regular scrum and requirement grooming sessions
• Rapidly prototype new solutions
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development
• 5+ years of ITSM development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator
• Proficiency with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, Transform Maps
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
• Experience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows

• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• ServiceNow Certifications
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
