Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility in working hours within the CST timezone. The successful candidate will be an innovative, self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party partners
Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies
Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
Review current product to highlight gaps and areas for improvement
Participate actively in regular scrum and requirement grooming sessions
Rapidly prototype new solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of ServiceNow development
5+ years of ITSM development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator
Proficiency with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, Transform Maps
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
Experience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows
Preferred Skills and Experience:
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
Experience with Agile development methodology
ServiceNow Certifications
Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Experience with ServiceNow's IRM/GRC product suite
The selection process will involve two rounds of interviews with our client's Engineering Manager and Senior Developers via MS Teams.
