Your Mission

Join us disrupting the international energy trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work! 

You are the face of enmacc towards our environmental trading customers. You work closely with this client segment and engage them to become digital leaders in energy trading with a focus on commodities such as VERs, GoOs, EUAs and more. 

You will focus on growth and winning new customers, while selling access to our platform.  

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager Environmental Trading at enmacc, you will be responsible for increasing our portfolio of clients, while procuring and trading environmental products. 

 

  • Identify prospects, generate and follow up on leads & develop a sales pipeline
  • Win new customers trading VERs, GoOs, REGO’s, EUAs and more
  • Identify customer needs  and contribute to evolving our product / service offering
  • Increase engagement of the traders with the objective to improve liquidity
  • Guide/train other departments (Marketing, Account Management & others) on environmental trading topics
  • Engage and develop environmental trading desks of large enmacc  accounts together with our Account Management team
  • Accountable for all revenue and contribution margin coming from environmental trading 
  • Be an ambassador for enmacc to existing and potential customers in events such as fairs and conferences

 

Your Profile / What You'll Need (Required)

  • Deep understanding of environmental trading markers
  • Autonomous self-starter that can work on your own initiative with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and sense of ownership
  • Previous experience as Trader/Broker in environmental commodities or as Analyst in environmental trading or Sales role for service provider catering to environmental trading 
  • Verifiable track record of commercial success in field of expertise
  • Great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other European languages are a great plus)
  • Positive attitude paired with passion to build & nurture relationships 
  • Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company, as well as handling multiple priorities while constantly meeting deadlines
  • Desire to work in a fast paced start-up and passion to work with digital products and services.
