Associate Recruiter

AHS Staffing is an industry leading healthcare staffing firm including nursing, allied, dialysis, and school-based staffing. The AHS team's goal is to build long-term relationship through honesty and integrity, all while helping each candidate meet their career goals.

What You'll Do:

• Seal deals for out of work candidates.
• Interview, screen, and submit potential candidates while focusing on hot leads.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Catch benefits issues and hand it over to HR.
• Maintain integrity and support the credentialing process.
• Reach out to Lead Recruiters for guidance.

Who You Are:

• Required 3+ years of previous Healthcare Recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
