Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for working to improve ClarisHealth’s market position through building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of the market conditions. This position is a senior sales position and is also involved in working with the executive management to define the sales strategy. This role also works with the internal operations teams to ensure a successful transition of the client relationship and will continue to manage client relationships post sales to ensure clients remain satisfied and positive.

You may be ideal if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7 years minimum of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, strategies, and processes.
- Experience in healthcare technology or related industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition through proactive networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
- Craft compelling pitches and strategies to attract potential clients to ClarisHealth's offerings.
- Participate in solution and service pricing to ensure competitiveness and value.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Expand and maintain client relationships by introducing new solutions and services.
- Lead internal and external client debrief sessions to refine offerings and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data for effective client management and reporting.
- Shape marketing strategy, focusing on branding, positioning, and mission/vision.
- Complete and respond to RFPs and RFIs to secure new business opportunities.
- Implement key sales strategies, managing territories, prospecting, and pipeline effectively.
- Lead both introductory and detailed technical/service review meetings.
- Manage active pipelines for prospective clients and potential channel partners.
- Travel up to 30%.
