Renewals and Retention Agent - Remote USA (located in TX & NC, SC)

Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Your opportunity:

We are looking for dynamic Renewal and Retention Agents to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business. To be successful as a retention specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales.

This role requires reliable commitment to the full schedule, with shifts ranging from 9:00am EST to 9:00pm EST (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service to our existing customers, inbound or outbound calls
  • Discussing and assisting customers’ needs and matching with the most suitable price plan and promotion.
  • Promoting our products and company on each call.
  • Displays retention/upsell & cross-sell techniques for all customers requesting cancellation
  • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
  • Accurately documenting interaction details.
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (Quality, Efficiency, Attendance, Conversion, and Close Rate).
  • Staying educated on corporate initiatives, market changes and process changes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College or university education is a plus)
  • 2 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in customer support or issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
  • Patience and empathy.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Good computer skills and ability to navigate appropriate software applications.
  • Must be able to work various shifts, mornings/afternoons/evenings
  • Must have access to high-speed internet.
