Technology Project Manager

Purpose of the Job

The Technology Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting a key client and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact between HH Global and o ur client . The Technology Project Manager will assist our client team in ma naging systems and data entry, setting up Buy Windows, managing system access, and support all relevant reporting needs. This role involves troubleshooting stakeholder questions and issues, working with internal technology teams, and ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

This role can be fully remote, based in the Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the client team in managing systems and performing data entry tasks as needed.
• Work with client to ensure key item details match between HH Global and client systems
• Set up all Buy Windows for the client, including item-level data.
• Manage proprietary system access for client users, ensuring appropriate permissions and security protocols. Monitor and update user access as needed.
• Support the client with all relevant reporting needs updated to their Buy Windows.
• Troubleshoot stakeholder questions and issues as needed and provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems.
• Create and maintain training documents and host system trainings for new users
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to both clients and internal teams.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• 2+ years of experience a project management role, preferably in a technology environment
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Strong understanding of system management and data entry processes
• Past experience in a Technology, Project Management or Technical Support role is preferred
• Technical aptitude with ability to grasp technology concepts around the platform
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
