Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. Responsibilities
- Production managers ensure that Production processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Planning and organizing daily production schedules based on Volume Forecast.
- Overseeing production processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with senior Management.
- Assessing project and resource requirements (Manpower & workstation) as and when needed.
- Project risk assessment and deploying Action plan.
- Continual Service improvement to gain customer satisfaction.
- New process/Application testing and roll out.
- Client interaction on requirements like production difficulties, new application testing & tool enhancement.
- Identify bottle necks in production and trouble shooting.
- Monitoring & Reviewing productivity report and giving feedback to Cell leaders on their performance.
- Monitoring the production quality and deploy necessary corrective action & preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Meet all KPI and rigorously work towards achieving or exceeding the set benchmark.
- Determining quality control standards (ISO)
- Review Data collector’s performance and identify training needs.
- work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Organizing weekly review meeting with Management.
- Attending & representing the project performance in monthly meeting with top management.
- Representing quality performance in monthly QMS meeting.
- MIS report preparation (PT salary, Staff attendance, Extra game amount, Auto fare/Dinner fare, monthly productivity report, Temp to regular recommendation) working and coordinating with the different teams globally and locally to fix data discrepancies.
- Report and resolve data discrepancies before being reported by QA/Clients.
- Ensure that all issues are resolved in accordance with internal or external SLA’s.
- Evaluating Skill & PA points of data collectors periodically and improve the skills by level up training.
- Building team spirit among the staff and motivating by means of personal involvement.
- Work in coordination with other teams and extending support when needed.
- Motivating and appreciating the best performers by awards & recognitions.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge about any sport.
- Strong Team handling skill.
