The Data Manager will be responsible for evaluating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of real property data related to Air National Guard (ANG) installations. The role involves working with various real estate tools, such as the ANG Real Property Package Tool (RPPT), Air Force APSR, and the Support Agreements Library Tool (SALT). The position also requires monitoring, documenting, and reconciling real property assets, ensuring compliance with Air Force directives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Data Manager: $90,000 to $105,000
Pay commensurate with experience.

Data Manager Responsibilities Include:
Evaluate the ANG Real Property Package Tool (RPPT), Air Force APSR, and the Support Agreements Library Tool (SALT) to identify documentation gaps. Collaborate with government points of contact (POCs) to address any discrepancies.
Monitor submissions in the ANG RPPT and conduct an initial review of documentation for completeness and form errors. Notify NGB/A4FIR Action Officers when packages are ready for review.
Provide accountability for 100% of real property assets and Real Estate Instruments (REIs) at ANG installations, ensuring compliance with REIs and Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSA) in the APSR.
Update and document changes in the database, capturing capitalization costs and other critical real property data for buildings, structures, land, and grant instruments.
Annually reconcile assets with ANG GeoBase, documenting changes on DD Form 1354s and adjusting the APSR per Air Force directives.
Review all current and historic REIs to ensure fully signed versions exist in both hardcopy and electronic formats.
Travel to Air Force bases (CONUS & OCONUS) may be required, up to 178 ANG locations.

Data Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Five (5) years of Real Estate/Real Property experience (preferably with Air Force or ANG).
Three (3) years of experience using real estate NexGen IT functionality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and NexGen IT.
Knowledge of legacy Air Force software, such as the Air Force Civil Engineering System (ACES) and Project Database System (PDS), is desirable but not required.
Commercial, business, or industrial property management experience, including acquisition or sale of real property.
Government Real Estate/Real Property experience.
Experience in data validation and transcription.
Strong technical writing skills, including experience with memoranda, Background Bullet Papers (BBPs), and white papers.
Ability to travel to Air Force bases both within and outside the continental United States.
This position may offer telework opportunities, subject to organizational needs and approval. Candidates should be prepared to work both remotely and onsite, as required
