  • You have proven leadership experience managing mobile development teams (iOS and Android), ensuring alignment with product and business goals while driving towards a common objective.
  • You have expertise in developing modern, user-friendly mobile interfaces, particularly using Swift for iOS development.
  • You thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and can adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • You know how to build high-performance mobile applications with complex, real-time interactions and seamless user experiences.
  • You adhere to high standards of security and code quality, ensuring mobile applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • You excel at fostering a culture of collaboration, enabling cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, QA, and backend) to work together effectively and create synergies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Assisting with product development by providing technical guidance and maintaining a strong business vision that aligns with overall company goals.
  • Assisting in guiding and prioritizing tasks for mobile development teams, focusing on iOS development with Swift, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Identifying risks in mobile projects and planning mitigation actions to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.
  • Implementing best practices in mobile development methodologies, specifically within the Swift ecosystem, to maintain high standards and efficient workflows.
  • Conducting one-on-one follow-ups with team leads or technical personnel to ensure alignment with company values, project objectives, and technical best practices.
  • Preparing the annual performance evaluation report for mobile team members and conducting detailed feedback meetings to discuss performance, goals, and development plans.
  • Completing the feedback form on the performance (successful or not) of the probationary period for supervised mobile development staff and communicating the decision in a constructive, individual feedback interview.
  • Approving vacations for mobile development team members while considering project timelines and deliverable needs.
  • Conducting weekly/biweekly meetings with mobile team leads, technical staff, and business stakeholders to track progress, align on priorities, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
