Realiza instalaciones básicas y reparaciones menores en productos y servicios de DN, incluido el mantenimiento de cajeros automáticos, equipos de puntos de venta minorista y PC y periféricos de PC relacionados. Responsibilities
Prioriza y planifica las llamadas de servicio de acuerdo con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio al cliente y para garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.
Se pone en contacto con los clientes para comunicar la hora estimada de llegada.
Promueve una alta calidad de servicio y realiza un seguimiento para garantizar la finalización de la llamada.
Escala las solicitudes de servicio según sea necesario para su resolución.
Mantiene la satisfacción del cliente garantizando la comunicación y una conducta y apariencia profesionales.
Realiza funciones básicas de instalación (por ejemplo, tirar de cables, montar dispositivos, instalar cerraduras).
Realiza correcciones técnicas como eliminar atascos de papel, tarjetas y billetes.
Apoya a los técnicos de servicio mediante la realización de inspecciones de mantenimiento preventivo.
Desarrolla la comprensión de los estándares, prácticas y procedimientos operativos.
Qualifications
Se requiere educación o experiencia laboral equivalente.
Mínimo de 0 a 2 años de experiencia relevante o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia en Firstline Field Service.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
