Your future tasks

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to join our "Transformation for More" organisation. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this individual contributor will play a crucial role in the evolution of the program and the journey of Getec, one of Europe's leading energy service providers and contracting specialists for industry and the real-estate sector.

  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing transformation projects that encompass a broad range of business domains.
  • You will be responsible for allocating resources effectively, making sure that projects are adequately resourced, and managing budgets to stay within financial constraints.
  • In order to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that projects meet the diverse needs of our organisation, you will collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, energy trading, HR, and various operational business units.
  • You will act as a bridge between the project teams and the stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of project goals.
  • Furthermore you will identify, assess and mitigate project risks to ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
  • And finally you will drive transformative change within the organization and implement new processes, technologies, and strategies that support the company's objectives and create a more efficient and sustainable business environment.


YOU AS A PERSON

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications such as PRINCE2 being highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading transformation initiatives within a complex and dynamic organization. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to manage projects successfully from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the capacity to effectively lead project teams and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities. Your capacity to work with diverse teams and stakeholders will be pivotal to project success.
  • Proficiency in English is essential as you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe, including visits to different locations such as Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, and Poland, as required to support project initiatives.
