Responsibilities

Your role is to lead the go-to-market of Crossmint in Japan and, potentially, in South Korea and other Asian countries. More concretely:

  • Lead Crossmint’s growth strategy for Japan and other Asian regions.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and start-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
  • Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.
  • Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Execute growth-hacks and local marketing campaigns to drive regional brand awareness.
  • Be a domain expert: know the market, regulations, competitors, and clients.
  • Be Crossmint’s representative in the region. Understand the product in detail and work with other departments (engineering, product, marketing…) to achieve your sales goals and translate regional feedback.
About you

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken Japanese and English. Korean is a nice-to-have, but not required.
  • Previous Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting.
  • Sales instinct: be able to motivate teams about your vision and convince prospective clients to use our products.
  • Creativity and vision: be good at predicting where the world is going
  • Analytical and problem solving skills and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience

We highly value candidates with the following experiences:

  • Past experience as a founder
  • Past experience working on developer products or infrastructure
  • Past experience working in blockchain, crypto, and NFTs
  • Past experience doing enterprise sales
