Location: Trucell IT Services, Parramatta NSW (Note: The position is remote, targeting candidates in the Philippines who can work Sydney NSW Australia time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
• Provide efficient and quality IT support to our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operation.
• Implement security measures and protocols as per company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to project deployments, system upgrades, and other technical initiatives.
• Have a working computer and reliable internet connection to work from. Trucell will not provide this initially.

Application Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants MUST:

• Submit proof of their Microsoft Server or Desktop certification.

Essential:

• Hold a current Microsoft certification (proof of certification is mandatory during the application process).
• Must NOT be self-taught; formal education and certification are necessary.
• Ability to provide a recent, valid police check.
• Possession of a reliable computer with a stable internet connection.

Desirable:

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Adept at working in team environments and independently.
• Familiarity with other IT-related tools and platforms.
