Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Project Management to join our team. This advanced role involves evaluating technical candidates for various senior-level techno-functional consultant positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and practices, along with a strong ability to mentor and guide the technical assessment process.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level techno-functional consultant positions, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates technical skills, project management experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest project management trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with the HR and project management teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly.
Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in project management technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant.
Facilitate in-depth workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates’ hands-on skills in a collaborative environment.
Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 5 years specializing in senior project management or techno-functional consultant positions.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, Program Management).
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
Experience with program management and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others.
Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest project management trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications in project management or related fields (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP).
Significant experience in a technical hiring or technical assessment role.
Leadership or managerial experience in a project management team, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members.
Experience contributing to project management communities or publications.
Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for project and program management.
