Job Description 

As a Principal Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work alongside your project team to develop, configure and deploy the solution. In addition to project related activities, you will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers and play an important role in building our SCM capabilities and offerings. 

As a consultant you will be a self-starter and have functional skills within Oracle SCM Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with your project team and customers alike.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations. You will work across a wide variety of customers and play an important role in some of the most exciting Supply Chain implementations across Europe.

 

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ Years of functional experience delivering Oracle Supply Chain Applications.
  • At least 2 full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation & Troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
  • Functional skills in at least 2 or more of the following areas:
    • Manufacturing (Process/ Discrete)
    • Maintenance
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Management
    • Inventory Management
    • Cost Management
    • Product Data Hub
    • Order Management
    • Quality Management

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
  • Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations and integrating them with other on premise or cloud applications.
  • An understanding of Supply Chain Management processes that interact with other functional areas e.g. Finance, CX.
  • An understanding of the analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposal, conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functionality demonstrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Security Clearance or the ability to achieve it.
