A Lead Consultant for Client Services at Argano plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. They are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid to large-size clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business with the company. They provide advanced technical support and configuration when requested. They act as a bridge between the client and Argano, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. They have demonstrated their ability to work with high quality on substantial project tasks independently. This position is responsible for the identification of features, design, development, unit testing, and validation support of applications, processes, and solutions. This role is part of Argano’s Client Services team, helping existing clients with production issues, quarterly upgrades and enhancement requests.
Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with mid to large-size clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.
Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps.
Liaise between technical, functional, business and system integrator teams.
Be recognized as Techno/Functional expert in CPQ.
Conduct solution architecture reviews.
Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.
Manage task assignments within the teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
Design, develop and implement the solution in the technology solution to meet the client needs.
Education
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.
Master’s degree in computer science or related field
Experience
5 to 7 years of consulting or industry experience
Five (5) plus years in leading Oracle CPQ project implementations in commerce, configuration, and document modules; in implementing integrations with external applications CRM and ERP; and in integrating Oracle CPQ Cloud and/or Oracle CPQ with Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud and/or Microsoft Dynamics
Oracle CPQ Cloud Administration
Oracle CPQ Cloud Configurators and Selectors setup
BML / BMQL
Oracle CPQ Cloud Pricing setup
Oracle CPQ Cloud Commerce setup
Oracle CPQ Cloud Doc Engine
Preferred experience in other Oracle CX applications like Sales Cloud CRM, Subscription Management, Field Service, Service Cloud, Incentive Comp, etc.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and other architects.
