Do you dream in edits, transitions, and killer sound design? We’re seeking a passionate Video Editor to join our growing team and transform raw footage into captivating content.

In this work-from-home position (with occasional office visits), you’ll be the mastermind behind crafting visually stunning videos that resonate with our audience. While a formal education isn’t a requirement, you’ll possess a fire for video editing and a skill set that will blow us away.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Work your magic on raw footage, weaving a compelling narrative through editing techniques and visual effects.
2. Collaborate with the team to understand project goals and translate them into a captivating video experience.
3. Add your creative touch with music, sound effects, and graphics that elevate the final product.
4. Meet deadlines consistently and deliver high-quality videos that exceed expectations.

We’re looking for someone who:

1. Bleeds creativity and has an insatiable hunger for innovation in video editing.
2. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Is a master of popular video editing software (think Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc.).
4. Possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
5. Is a resident of Mumbai or the surrounding suburbs (Navi Mumbai, Thane etc.) with a reliable internet connection for a smooth work-from-home experience.
6. Maintains a strong work ethic and prioritizes delivering top-notch work on time, every time. (Moonlighting is a no-no for this role)

Bonus points for:

1. Experience in specific video editing styles (e.g., explainer videos, social media edits, etc.)
2. A knack for motion graphics or animation.
3. The ability to work independently while also being a team player.

The Compensation:

1. A competitive monthly salary of ₹25,000 with the potential for bonuses based on achieving project goals.

Probation Period:

The probation period is for 90 days and can be extended by another 90 days based on the inputs from your reporting manager. There are no leaves allowed during the probation period. The leaves that you earn during your probation period will become available to you after you are confirmed.

Payroll & Payroll Cycle:

Your payroll starts from the 4th business day from the day you come on board. The payroll cycle of the company is from the 1st to the 30th/31st of the month and the salary is processed between 15-20th of the next month.

Salary Account:

We partner with Jupiter Money & Fi Money for salary accounts. As soon as your payroll cycle starts, an email with the instructions to open your salary account will be sent to you.

Job Location:

This is a hybrid work position that offers the flexibility to work from home along with periodic attendance at the office for essential meetings or in the event of power or internet disruptions.
