We are a Fintech or Technology Sector player with presence in more than 10 countries around the globe. We are seeking commercially driven professionals to join our existing team to lead and manage the Finance Team. Your guidance will empower the company’s leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial plans that support the company’s growth and profitability. Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on opportunities will be integral parts of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide financial reports including consolidated financial statement and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Providing data-driven analyses and recommendations related to the company's financial goals including analysis of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the company’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Assistant Financial Manager.
Experience in services or commercial roles.
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
Proficient user of finance software.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
At least a Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and above.
Salary:
up to RM14,000
