Role location: Remote / Manchester, UK

As Data Quality Administrator you will become an integral part of our Data Management team and will work in collaboration with the Project team on business integrations, process innovation changes by means of performing data capturing activities.

To be successful in this role you will have manual data capturing experience, good Excel and reporting skills, experience working with ERP and CRM systems and excellent communication skills. Commercial knowledge, contracts data experience and background in health/pharma industry will be advantageous.

This role is available on 12 months fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing data for accounts creation, amendments, updates
• Capturing contract data, updating price lists, support Agile updates for process mapping
• Governing customer data via the on-going maintenance & reporting on the various customer contract data cleansing activities as well as identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the accuracy of customer data
• Contributing to on-going data maintenance and cleansing of customer accounts by driving data entry rules for data elements into Hologic systems
• Provide customer support on a daily basis to various internal customers as related to customer accounts which includes legal entities, locations, health systems, and contracts

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in data capturing/processing of contracts and data analytics
• Understanding of contract structures and calculations is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to think analytically
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (including working with formulations) and a experience working with ERP and CRM systems
