Min 5 years proven experience in an outbound sales or telemarketing role, with a focus on appointment setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules and tracking leads. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Core responsibilities:
Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement. Provide regular updates to the sales team on lead status and upcoming appointments. Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services. Identify and qualify leads through research and initial conversations, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement. Utilize scripts and sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition and generate interest. Maintain a high volume of outbound activities (calls, emails, etc.) to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring that meetings are well-organized and aligned with sales goals. Manage and coordinate calendars for the sales team, optimizing appointment schedules to maximize efficiency. Confirm appointments with prospects, providing any necessary pre-meeting information. Update the CRM system with accurate information regarding appointments, lead status, and any follow-up actions required.
